So What Isn’t Covered?
- Any additional custom features or functionality that would require our developers are possible – but extra. Contact your Account Manager to set up an estimate for your specific needs (or to see if it’s on our product development road map already).
- Creation of original course material using some content authoring tool.
- Management and update of existing course content. Again, something to talk to your Account Manager about.
- Managing payment related inquiries from your learners – we just handle functionality questions.
- Classroom moderation. While we can set up and manage classroom activity beforehand, we don’t participate.
